Supporting Transgender Medical Trainees in a Rural Context

Join us Thursday, May 18 at 7PM EDT. for a presentation discussing the importance of transgender physician inclusion in medicine, followed by a facilitated panel discussion between trans medical students and trans-allied physician - Dr. Ashifa Jiwa.

The goal of this webinar is to empower rural preceptors and clinical staff to more effectively support transgender students during their rural clerkship or residency placements.

Target audience: Rural attendings, preceptors, staff and trainees at any level are encouraged to attend.
