This session is designed to support those who are about to make the transition from residency to independent practice—whether that’s happening next month or still a few years away.

The webinar will be led by members of the SRPC’s First Five Years of Practice Committee, who will share practical insights, personal experiences, and tips they wish they had known during this stage of their careers.

We also welcome physicians in their first five years of practice who would like to contribute their own wisdom and feedback, and we encourage residents and medical students to attend if they’re looking to get a head start on planning for the future.

Join us for an open and supportive conversation about what to expect and how to prepare for this exciting professional milestone.
