Description:

The first hour will feature a few SRPC members, a presentation on why residents choose rural medicine, and a large Q&A session. In the second hour, we'll break into smaller groups by school, where medical students can engage directly with residents and Med School Liaisons and ask questions that will provide insights into various rural residency programs. 

Objectives:

• Increase awareness/knowledge on what rural residency looks like
• Promote connection with the SRPC and advertise the rural residency tour and the SRPC's Rural Residency Catalogue.
• Providing a space for medical students/IMGs to network with current rural residents
